- Started at NGC in 2012 and has rotated across 5 different sectors
- Prior to NGC, 15 years of experience in Defense and Healthcare Industries
- Held various leadership roles focused on programs, processes, and functional management
- Active member of various diversity and inclusion initiatives at NGC

  • Max Barragan, Engineering Manager, Power & Control Systems, Mission Systems
- M.S Engineering Management/Systems Engineering – University of Maryland Baltimore County
- B.S. Mechanical Engineering – University of Maryland
- Chair of Adelante, an NGC Employee Resource Group.
- Volunteers in the community, promoting STEM to K-12.
- Over 15 years of experience in engineering systems.

  • Monique Farrell, Senior Principal Systems Engineer, Space Systems
- Ph.D./M.S Materials Science & Eng. – Norfolk State University
- B.S. Chemical Engineering – UMASS Amherst
- Held leadership roles in SHPE and NSBE.
- During undergrad and graduate school, help various research positions ranging from oral health and pharmaceutics to materials engineering.
- In charge of developing technologies to rapidly conceptualize, design, build, and sustain value-driven solutions for NGC.
- Received the Most Promising Engineer Award BEYA 2020.
